The Self-Lover Program

The Self-Lover Program | Do you never feel good enough? Learn how to let go of self-doubt, perfectionism and people-pleasing in this 12-week, one-to-one coaching program.

Being perfectionistic is far from having it all together…

When we fall into the trap of perfectionism, we beat ourselves up, waste time and energy controlling and feel paralyzed by the fear of failure.

And despite our efforts, each success seems to vanish and we never feel good enough.

But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Imagine if you…

  • tried that new hobby or project
  • asked for support and created amazing relationships
  • saved tons of time and energy by not redoing tasks 100,000x till perfection
  • laughed your mistakes off and learned from them
  • stopped people-pleasing and lived life on your terms
  • felt worthy, confident and joyful

Hi, I’m Annie

Hush Your Mind | Hi, I'm Annie. I'm a mindfulness coach on a mission to help women let go of perfectionism, self-doubt and people-pleasing.

I’m a mindfulness-based life coach who helps women let go of perfectionism, self-doubt and people-pleasing.

As a recovering perfectionist, I know how frustrating it can be to achieve, yet never feel good enough. To set sky-high standards, procrastinate, redo tasks and worry about what others think.

It wasn’t until I burned out that I realized tying my happiness and self-worth to achievements leads to a dead-end. After years of mindful introspection, I learned how to find peace and love within.

Now, I’d like to empower others to let go of perfectionism, embrace their “flaws” and feel more confident and joyful.

First, we meet for a 30-minute discovery call to discuss where you are now and where you want to be. If we’re a good fit, I’ll send you a welcome packet with a questionnaire.

Then, we meet for our weekly 60-minute sessions. You learn about the topic of the week and immediately apply the new information to your life through various exercises that we do together in your journal.

In between sessions, you further practice your new skills through simple homework assignments and can email me for support.

What previous participants have said:

“I learned how to accept myself.”

“Annie’s coaching has helped me see that even though I can’t go back to change my past, I can choose to not let it define me. I learned how to accept myself, so that I can live my life more peacefully.

Working with Annie has been healing for me. She knows how to stay objective, all the while being compassionate. Her guidance has challenged how I view myself and has brought me peace of mind, allowing me to live more serenely and enjoy the positive aspects of life.

—Patricia, Navy Education Officer

“I feel more at peace.”

“When it comes to understanding emotions, Annie has an uncanny ability to guide me deep down into the source of my patterns.

But she doesn’t leave me there. She is able to illustrate ideas, concepts and solutions in simple terms. Annie is patient and compassionate. She speaks with you, rather than to you. She is a great teacher because she is also an enthusiastic student of Life.

I feel more expanded, more aware, more at peace. Annie has strength and wisdom far beyond most and I can always trust her to help me see the truth in all of its forms.
