Are you your own worst enemy?
We’ve been taught that if we beat ourselves up enough, we’ll be more productive and successful.
Perhaps calling yourself lazy, stupid or a failure helps get things done quicker.
But in the long run, it saps your energy, leaves you anxious and demotivates you.
Does this sound familiar?
- You can’t stop beating yourself up and feel awful
- You waste time and energy perfecting, yet it’s never good enough
- You don’t try new things to avoid failure
- You’re ready to treat yourself kindly + do the work
You tried that new hobby or project.
You laughed off your mistakes + saw them as opportunities.
You felt worthy, despite your failures and defaults.
You saved time and energy by not perfecting every. little. thing.
You had less anxiety, succeeded more often and gracefully dealt with challenges.
Hi, I’m Annie
I’m a mindfulness coach on a mission to help perfectionists let go of self-doubt, fear of failure and people-pleasing.
As a recovering perfectionist, I know how frustrating it can be to overachieve, yet never feel good enough. To set sky-high standards, procrastinate, redo tasks and worry about what others think.
It wasn’t until I burned out that I realized tying my happiness and self-worth to achievements leads to a dead-end. After years of mindful introspection, I learned how to find peace and love within.
Now, I’d like to empower others to let go of perfectionism, embrace their “flaws” and feel more confident and joyful.
